Based in US, the client owns four different websites, each of them dealing with different products. Earlier, it had got an ecommerce website design and development services developed on the Magento 1.x (M1) platform and also integrated with our CRM product for commerce. So, while continuing its association with Brainvire, it has plans of upgrading to Magento 2 (M2) platform along with relevant CRM upgradation.
With a customer-centric focus, the client wants to handle the CRM-based processes for all of its four websites from a common platform. So, Brainvire will upgrade its current CRM solution to suit the requirements of M2 migration, Magento 2 ecommerce development, and, at the same time, incorporated additional functionalities into the system.

- Create quotation against a given customer and send a payment link so that the customer can directly proceed to checkout
- The sales personnel can create customised quotations as per the customer's choice of products
- Sales representatives can view multiple products from all the websites through a common interface
- Synchronising new products added into the inventories with the CRM database in real time
- Addition of any new customer enquiries into the CRM database automatically, for easy follow-up by the sales executives
