The client is a nationally recognized active marketplace that helps small businesses work with factories directly. The client has a presence in 16 countries and has stores in all 50 states of the USA. The client approached Brainvire to enhance their B2B website to sell their and vendor’s products to wholesalers and buyers.
One of the challenges the client was facing was that they wanted to resolve glitches in the quote generation feature on the website. Brainvire’s team checked the inventory and identified some mismatch between two products which was showing the error message. They fixed it with proper Product SKU. The client was facing problems with the RFQ feature. Every time a new quote was generated for the products, it showed the product twice in the frontend and the backend. We fixed this issue and made changes.
Another challenge was the client was facing problems with server access to the website. Since the client had given access to third-party vendors, the latter made changes to the site. Brainvire’s team revoked access to all external parties and fixed errors.
The server was not compatible with Magento ecommerce development solutions. Brainvire’s server team made it compatible and backed up the website.
