The client is a leading less-than-container load, or LCL, an international shipping company. They offer dependable import and export LCL consolidation services with regular sailings to and from many destinations around the globe. Brainvire vouched for the client to create a new web app that would provide cost-effective and faster rate quotes to customers.
Earlier, customers had to place a request to the client who would reach back to customers after manually generating the quote for each user. Brainvire developed a web application to facilitate the automatic generation of quotes for users. Now the whole calculation would be set by the admin in the web admin interface. Brainvire developed a customizable solution where all the formulas and calculations could be carried out easily by the admin.
The client wanted to store and manage customer data for analysis. The web platform allows the client to store all searches made by customers and search history and use them for further analysis.
