The client is a fintech company, with an innovative structure to deliver a premium supply chain finance solution to buyers and their suppliers. Brainvire's team increased coordination between vendors and anchor companies by developing a multi-tenant ERP solution. They simplify the way buyers and sellers manage their payables and receivables by setting up a seamless, secure and intelligent supply chain financing program.
The client wanted to develop a Vendor Management System with two users, the Anchor Company and Vendors. We created a platform providing a working capital solution to maximize income for buyers and award early payment to suppliers. In this Microsoft based ERP application, the vendors will be allowed to provide discounts against their invoices to the anchor companies who will have the authority to accept or reject the discounted amount.
The client also wanted simplicity in data analysis. The platform makes the supervision of the transactions, invoices, and data analytics hassle-free. The application also quickens the process of choosing the invoice and discount calculation. This helps in the micro-management of transactions. We made the registration process quick with the necessary details only. There will be no cumbersome form filling for coming on board with the client.
