Brainvire Team Successfully Delivers The First Phase Of Retail Loyalty Application For The Handling Of The Customer Complaint Process

The requirement of the client was to design and develop an application that will handle the customer complaint ticket generation through various sources like customer care tollfree, a social store like a Facebook fan page, Chatbot and using automated email generation of tickets. Brainvire team implemented a multiple control multi-role based application which enables different role-based access to retail CRM departments within the organization.

The platform handles a large number of intake in the form of tickets inflows from various different sources (call, email, social) across all registered retail vendors. The application will help to increase customer service productivity by 35-40% by efficiently handling the response time on the complaint tickets generated. The application can collect real-time billing and order data of the registered customers to generate tickets that have attached with order and store references.
