Once the RPM prescription is created, the patient is then on-boarded to the mobile app. The app will track the patient’s daily step count with the help of Google fit/ Health kit on their Android or iOS device.
The app can send the daily step count of the patient to the database. All the information is stored in the database and can be referred. All the information is visible to the provider as well, and they can trace the patient’s step.
This step tracker can help improve the health of the patients and the provider can also evaluate progress regularly.
