They have a vast inventory of different products for newbie and professional artists. The client approached Brainvire to develop new modules to manage inventory.

Brainvire’s team resolved the bugs in the existing system and developed new features as per the client’s request.

One of the challenges was difficulty in updating the status of records. Brainvire’s team developed a solution where the admin can add multiple Incentive/Non-Incentive records. Any record which falls in between an existing will not be added.

It was difficult to migrate SKU from one family to another. Brainvire’s solution enables the admin to migrate the SKU from one family to another family or to the existing family as well. Attributes and other properties of SKUs will be inherited accordingly.

The client's existing system could not track pending data. We developed a complete module of pending data where the admin will be able to know the list of pending data for the particular modules and admin can check all the missing content from this section. The sub-admins could not track audit trails. Brainvire developed an Audit trail module that will keep track of all the changes done by all the sub-admins. A log entry will also be created in the backend.
