The client wanted to develop a web and mobile application to increase their online presence and widen their customer base. The client approached Brainvire to develop a one-stop solution for various products and services.
One of the challenges was that the client wanted to display related products during checkout or appointment booking. Brainvire's team discussed product categories and grouped them. They created a smart algorithm in the backend to tag all relevant products for each product category and vet service.
Next, the client wanted to showcase the pet profile with details. We brainstormed ideas with UI experts to display appointments and medical reports in each pet profile.
The client did not want to make the buying process lengthy for guest users. However, we recommended mobile number verification via OTP before order confirmation.
The client was not sure whether product categories to be displayed on the landing page. Considering the industry standard, Our ecommerce developers designed and showcased the products in the regular eCommerce concept.

Grooming services are at their home or to the nearest vet's location. The app is available in the Gulf region with multi-currency and language support for Arabic & English.
