Brainvire developed a web app centralizing all departments in a single application to manage multiple application systems together. The application is integrated with the University’s central authentication database.
There are many different sub-application inside, for e.g. Grant Management, Institute of Review Board, Profiles, Conflict of Interest, Sponsored Project Analysis, and more. Each sub-application can communicate with all other sub-applications and share information for a better overview.
As Universities have multiple user roles, each application can define roles and permission sets based on units. Universities can easily track user activity like proposals, training, protocol status, research interest, profiles in a single place without any hassles.
The Grant management application has the following features. There is a pre-proposal certification form that can speed up the review process. The Budget builder allows a detailed overview of the award-wise budget and expense data. The university can create reports and analyze expenses annually.
The IRB application has different forms of protocols with dynamic workflow and life cycles with departments and users. The solution was a global workflow so with the help of that we can create any actions and rules dynamically. The IRB application provides the feature to manage protocols and the cycle of a protocol to faculty and students. It can also track protocol details by department and users. Users can send reminders and emails. The app can be integrated with other apps.
The Profile section has huge data processing and manipulation in real-time. Our developers have prepared optimized solutions to manage, manipulate, and render data for N number of faculties. It is a fully customizable solution designed for the faculty to manage a network of profiles. The feature of ‘search and discover’ allows access to different profiles. REST APIs have been used to create a seamless integration with other apps.
