The client’s key issue was the management of documents and scheduling of meetings. In an attempt to address this, we integrated Office 365, which made it simple for team members to access, edit, and share all group files, besides viewing and planning group meetings.
The integrated visual reservation calendar makes it easy to see free slots. In addition, users may quickly check the availability of resources by altering the filter dropdowns in the custom filter search.
We have implemented a simple form feature in which users must choose the resource, input the beginning and end timings, and click “Save.” We also integrated a bi-directional system with Google Calendar and Outlook. This will keep double booking at bay by preventing users from setting appointments for already booked times.
