TBrainvire's team increased accessibility for users and tenants with an updated UI/UX and interactive reporting. The client is a US-based accounting and loan servicing software provider with an established presence of over 30 years. The company develops specialized accounting and revolving loan systems for non-profit and government organizations across the United States. Brainvire vouched for the client to create a new web application built with new-age technology.
Currently, the client is operating via a desktop application. They wanted to create a new web product that would serve as a multi-vendor and SaaS support service for existing customers and increasing new signups. We created a web platform that would be hosted on the cloud with robust UI/UX to improve user experience. The client also wanted to match the speed and accuracy of the new application with the desktop application. This problem was countered by replicating the database architecture of the current desktop application. The application design was based on individual component-based layering to ensure smoother performance and optimization of the infrastructure.
The client wanted the application to be a single platform with multiple tenants who would be signed up with a license fee. This raised the challenge of security within the application. The hurdle was addressed by designing the product to comply with industry standards and also implement the product in line with the latest security features.
