The client is a leading hospice management software provider with a huge client base across America. The client wanted assistance with the development and maintenance of the existing software. Additionally, they wanted to include a reporting feature in their existing database. Brainvire developed a SaaS product that includes facilities like medical billing, data storage with HIPAA compliance. We developed a reporting feature using the Jaspersoft open-source reporting tool.
One of the challenges was that the client had a huge amount of data scattered at multiple locations. Brainvire developed a connection with the database and a DW model. Also, it was difficult to establish HIPAA standards. To resolve this challenge, we created the data storage in HIPAA compliance mode.
Another challenge was that the client wanted to find important KPIs. Brainvire's team identified important KPIs and applied them to the database for better reporting. Finally, data syncing from multiple locations was tough. The web platform developed by Brainvire allows the allocation of data to multiple locations and automatically syncs them.
