Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Execution - Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely and successful delivery of Adobe Commerce solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Basic knowledge of ecommerce functional, Adobe Commerce versions and benefits, passionate to learn and explore more on Adobe Commerce cloud, on-premise
  • Previous working experience on Adobe Commerce will be preferred.
  • Team Leadership - Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Ensure effective communication and coordination among team members, stakeholders, and vendors.
  • Client Engagement - Act as a primary point of contact for clients, understanding their business requirements and aligning project deliverables with their strategic goals.
  • Conduct regular status meetings and project updates to keep clients informed and engaged.
  • Risk Management: Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Proactively address challenges to ensure smooth project progression and client satisfaction
  • Resource Allocation -Allocate resources efficiently, considering project requirements and team strengths.
  • Optimize resource utilization to meet project timelines and budget constraints.
  • Quality Assurance -implement and oversee quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality Adobe Commerce solutions.
  • Conduct thorough testing and validation before project deployment
  • Deviation Management -Manage project budgets, tracking deviation and ensuring cost-effectiveness. Provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Contract Renewals - Work on contract renewals and negotiate terms with clients.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to extend and expand client contracts.
  • Needs Assessment - Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' evolving requirements.
  • Propose tailored solutions that align with clients' business objectives.
  • Account Growth Strategy - Develop and implement account growth strategies for existing clients.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling e-commerce services.
