  • The Project Manager (PM) plans, leads, and coordinates agile project teams to deliver high-quality solutions that create business value. The PM manages multiple high-visibility projects across business units, oversees complex initiatives involving multiple teams, and provides guidance on people, processes, and tools to improve team performance. In hybrid environments, the PM applies appropriate project management practices to achieve project goals within defined constraints.
  • Core Responsibilities:Plan and manage project scope, schedule, and delivery milestones.Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure effective backlog management.Monitor project health through delivery metrics and reporting.Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and milestones to internal/external stakeholders & leadership.Manage project financials including effort estimates, budgets, resource utilization, and delivery costs to ensure projects are delivered within approved commercial targets.
  • Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred: Computer Science/Engineering/IT) or equivalent work experience.
  • 10-15+ years of overall experience with at least 6+ years as a Project Manager delivering large, complex software development projects in a high-tech environment.Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and enterprise-level application development.Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and the ability to apply both Agile and traditional project management approaches as needed.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams (25–30+ members) including Developers, Business Analysts, and QA.Balanced business and technical understanding. Good to have certifications:PMP (Project Management Professional) .PMI-ACP (Agile Certified Practitioner) .Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) / Professional Scrum Master (PSM).
  • Functional Skills Required: Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Strong client & internal stakeholder management and ability to build trusted relationships with business and technology teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including interaction with senior leadership.Experience with governance & reviews for distributed teams/across regions, projects & engagements. Experience in risk, issue, and dependency management with proactive mitigation and escalation.
  • Understanding of change management, scope control, and project governance practices.Experience using project delivery metrics and KPIs (e.g., velocity, burndown, cycle time, release progress).Familiarity with Agile estimation and planning practices such as story points, sprint planning, and release planning.Strong collaboration, mentoring, and team facilitation skills with a problem-solving mindset, contribute to team member performance reviews and appraisal processes.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships, ensuring alignment, transparency, and high levels of satisfaction. Own & support project estimation, proposal preparation, and effort planning in collaboration with business and delivery teams.Ability to identify opportunities for process improvement, additional services, or project expansion in collaboration with business stakeholders.
  • Coordinate knowledge sharing, training sessions, and onboarding activities to improve team capability and project delivery effectiveness.Understanding of project financial management including budgeting, effort estimation, and cost tracking. Tracking of key delivery KPIs, KRAs, CSAT, ESAT & relevant metrics with strong emphasis on data driven & process driven practices. Ability to resolve conflicts, negotiate, demonstrate strong interpersonal skills.
  • Technical Skills Required: Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Agile and project management tools, including: o Azure DevOps o Atlassian Jira and Confluence.Experience with project planning, reporting, and documentation tools, including: o Microsoft Project o Microsoft Visio o Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • AI driven approach, demonstrating experience using AI based tools & technologies for Project Management and applicable functional/technology areas.Familiarity with project dashboards, reporting, and metrics tracking to monitor delivery progress and team performance.
