We introduced an omnichannel module with SAP S/4 HANA so that the brand can track customer behaviors, offer them suitable leverages and enhance their overall customer journey. For instance, if a customer has a gift card, they don’t necessarily have to use it online, instead, they can use it at the physical store as well.

    SAP S/4 HANA allows the client to promote direct deliveries from the warehouse to the customer’s desired location. This streamlined process helps save time and resources.
