This end-to-end Odoo ERP implementation partnership aims to digitize and streamline traditionally manual operations, from procurement to sales and finance, setting a new benchmark for operational efficiency in the textile subcontracting and uniform supply sector.

QU Division, which integrates strong brand identity into high-quality employee attire, needed a scalable digital foundation to support its growth. Brainvire’s solution involves configuring a comprehensive Odoo ERP customization that centralizes key business functions, replacing fragmented systems.

The project began with detailed requirement gathering, culminating in a finalized Functional Requirement Document (FRD), and moved rapidly through configuration and deployment. The core objective is Odoo workflow automation across finance, sales, procurement, and inventory. This holistic approach ensures real-time data visibility and prepares the company for scalable expansion.

The implemented system leverages powerful Odoo customization services to address the unique challenges of the uniform and textile subcontracting industry. The solution we provided uses 90% standard Odoo features, with just 10% customization to meet specific needs.

Brainvire configured an integrated CRM-to-Project flow, where leads and quotations automatically trigger project creation and automated analytical account creation for precise cost tracking. The system formalizes the sales cycle with Odoo CRM automation and integrated e-signature approvals for quotes and design sign-offs, ensuring faster service and improved customer engagement.

On the operational side, the solution provides comprehensive multi-location inventory visibility, a necessity for tracking raw materials, finished goods, and in-transit QC items across in-house facilities and subcontractor locations. The inventory valuation uses the FIFO method, ensuring accurate financial reporting. The procurement process is enhanced with formalized Purchase Orders, strict approval flows, and customized features to manage raw materials tracking, wastage, returns, and alterations with subcontractors.

Furthermore, all end-to-end accounting processes, from invoicing and AR/AP management to bank reconciliation and GL posting, were configured, along with provisions for key financial reports such as P&L and Aging reports, and support for multi-method payments.

A significant element of the project is the digital enhancement of QU Division's external presence. Brainvire successfully completed Odoo website migration from the client’s existing Wix platform to Odoo, laying a crucial foundation for future e-commerce capability.

This migration integrates the website directly with the CRM development services and sales modules for seamless online order management and data flow. The deployment included full functional, regression, and flow testing on staging and production environments, followed by User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and a successful production code merge.
