Customer Engagement Shifts to Top Gear after Brainvire Launches Four Mobile Apps for Kuwait’s Automotive Giant

The four sales and after-sales mobile apps are aimed at enhancing the connectivity between dealers and end-users.

Automotive Dealer Management System (DMS) integration, real-time service booking, tracking status of vehicle and vehicle search with specifications are some of the core functionality of mobile apps recently launched by Brainvire, a Digital Enabler and leading IT consulting firm.

Brainvire’s app has an integration with Kerridge Autoline DMS for booking test drives, showroom visits, service requests, obtaining quotes, etc. The Vehicle Search Module allows customers to search for a given vehicle model and variant along with its specifications, available color, etc. The exterior, interior and normal images of the vehicle can be viewed in a 360-degree format.

The payment for these services can be completed securely through the app itself. That’s not all. Through an exclusive garage module, any customer can visualize the current status of his or her vehicle servicing requests and the past service history of the particular vehicle.
 
Other salient features of the apps are as follows:

  • CPOV: A comprehensive list of Certified Pre-owned Vehicle (CPOV) will be displayed to the user that will also include the detailed specifications of each vehicle.
  • Vehicle accessories: Users can search for accessories of a specific vehicle, buy them online or post an inquiry for accessories that are currently out of stock.
  • Roadside assistance module: Customers can place an online request to get roadside assistance and share their GPS location with customer care representatives.
  • Offers section: The customers can view all the running offers related to new cars, accessories, merchandise, sales, and after-sales, etc.

Thus, Kuwait’s automotive industry is all set to embrace new business models where digital meets physical.
