The client wants a Digital Loyalty platform with digital passes for consumers that can be downloaded in iOS Wallet or Android Wallet, as well as a mobile application and website for businesses (owner).

They are a start-up that wants to create a digital platform for rewarding customers in the hotel industry. For example, when users go to a cafe or restaurant, they can use these passes to get rewards from that place and enjoy their food.

Users on the front end don't need apps; they'll just utilize the passes they already have on their phone's native wallet application.
