Brainvire developed a middle layer application for the client to exchange data between their own system and the retail solution to make all sales-related data available to the marketing team easily. The client is one of the largest privately-owned companies based in Kuwait. They operate in 40 countries with more than 30 businesses. Brainvire assured to help them boost revenue by making product data available to sales and marketing personnel in a single click.
The client faced issues where the sales team was not able to gain access to data on customers, vehicles, automotive parts, and accessories from the Autoline system, which was their primary data source, and send it to the One Dealer system, their retail solution. We created a middle-layer service enabling a seamless connection between the two systems. Another challenge was writing data back to Autoline. Since the Autoline restricts access to outside users, it was difficult to write back data without SOAP operations, which was tricky. To resolve this, Brainvire provided Robotic Process Automation with Automation Anywhere.
Fetching and processing data from the Autoline system was problematic. Brainvire's development and IT experts overcame this by creating an on-premise solution using an ODBC driver to eliminate the expensive licensing process of the Autoline.
