To that end, they guide how to maximize health insurance benefits and access high-quality medical treatment.
About Product
They reached out to Brainvire for assistance since they were keen to handle a large quantity of client data and construct the user interface of a mobile app. It was necessary to have technological expertise to accomplish this. In an effort to advance technological capabilities, we had a team of mobile application developers create an app that serves as a digital medical ID card, allows users to file insurance claims and track the status of those claims, and displays relevant information about the user's details including national ID, card details, insurance details, start-end dates and so on. Their ERP system will be connected to this app to retrieve data easily.
User Authentication:
Authenticate users based on the user rights given by the admin
We provided 2 types of users: one where the user has only digital id card view access with QR code and the one where the user has all rights to view the digital card, networks, and the contract, or apply for a refund and medical approval.

- Simple Role-Based User Segmentation:The administrator may easily divide the users and assign them rights. The user can view the app view based on the permissions granted to them. The app view is really clear and simple to use.
- Intuitive App:The ERP can get the new application form details, and the app displays all the fetched data with proper UI.
- Smooth Integration with ERP:We created APIs to connect with their ERP system in order to power the 2-way communication.
- Easy Steps for the User to get a Claim:All steps from the app flow, including user form filling, submitting, data storing in the ERP, viewing and approving refund (claim), medical approval by admin, users will see a proper flow of application progress in the app.
