The client is a leading fresh and frozen seafood company based in UAE. They are end-to-end producers and suppliers and have aquaculture, hatchery, fishing, and processing operations in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, and Oman. The client approached Brainvire to develop a basic ecommerce website to sell fresh and frozen seafood online. They wanted to start a business for their products online.
One of the challenges the client was facing was that they had high expectations regarding the UI design of the website. They provided Brainvire’s team with guidelines to follow. Brainvire’s team created an appealing UI/UX design for the client with the help of theme development. Another challenge was integrating the FAB payment gateway. We fulfilled the client’s requirements successfully by implementing the API of the gateway provided by the FAB bank.
The client wanted to update the status of bulk orders. We developed a new script and made changes to the website’s system to upload bulk order statuses. Finally, the client wanted to integrate a WhatsApp chat feature on the website. We fulfilled this requirement successfully. The chat feature will redirect the customer from the website to WhatsApp.
