The client wanted to reach out to their regular customers and shoppers during the COVID-19 lockdown crisis. So, our team designed an app for retail entities to connect with their loyal customers, upsell items, and endorse products remotely.
 
The client runs one of the few businesses associated with loyalty program outsourcing partners for retail hubs. They have partnered with several POS products to look after their customer loyalty database. The client currently has more than 100 popular retailers under their kitty.

The customers can now book an appointment through this platform and visit the store outlets. A scannable QR code card is sent to the customer based on which entry is granted. This way, the store will have minimum customers at a time and can maintain all the norms of social distancing.
 
The campaign module allows the retailer to send customized emails, messages, WhatsApp and ChatBot notifications to their listed customers. This way, retailers can notify customers about the products they are possibly interested in.
 
The order management module allowed the retailer to manage customer orders swiftly. They can schedule orders and then share shipment details and the payment link with the customer. This will streamline the entire order process and store managers can deliver products on time to their loyal customers even during the lockdown.
