The client approached Brainvire to create a solution that improved the efficiency of the sales team.
The client wanted to maintain data security, so our team developed secure medium sales reps to make calls to customers. The call logs can be stored in the CRM. The call logs generated by the sales team can be stored in the CRM. This will help in improving the reporting process.
