“The world of electronic vehicles is completely different, and it takes time for customers to adapt to these changes. We wanted to make this transition convenient for customers, and hence we introduced the most advanced and adaptable features for customers and the brand,” said Chintan Shah, CEO, Brainvire.
Based on the client’s request, we brainstormed all the latest features and functionalities to enhance the user experience. After much research and analysis, we narrowed down the implementation of the multi-vehicle feature in the application.
This feature provides access to different types of vehicles available on the property. In addition, the eCar integration, partnership with multiple OEM manufacturers, and deployment of vehicles on the property facilitated better accessibility to customers.
Brainers implemented the Trulio API for identity authentication, improved confidentiality, availability, auditability, and identity propagation. We integrated this automotive digital solution with Segway Ninebot API so that the brand has better control over the vehicle data and the application.
Our experts initiated Igloo API integration that grants integration of key boxes so that customers can keep keys securely at the garage where eCars are parked.
With all these future-proof and innovative integrations, customers will likely enjoy a seamless and sustainable eCar experience. First, they have to download the mobile application or login into the web application. Once they have logged in, they can search for their desired vehicle on the property, scan the QR code to unlock the vehicle and their ride is ready!
We have also included the pay-per-use model in the application so that customers have to pay only for the trips when they use eCars or other electronic vehicles.
While integrating the applications with the advanced features, we were mindful of the brand’s vision. They wanted customers to explore the realm of electric mobility for enriched living and travel experiences.
In the coming months, we plan to include a feature where customers can schedule and reserve vehicles in advance.
