Our client, Bay Alarm, is committed to improving access to medical care that helps people stay healthy and safe. In addition to delivering one of the most reliable domestic, 24-hour medical alarm emergency contact centers, they also provide cutting-edge medical alert devices.
These gadgets may prove invaluable to the elderly or people with severe medical conditions. They can, for example, send a warning/alert in the event of a medical emergency. Also, their detecting device is connected to a healthcare center that is open 24*7, where operators can send help if an alert is sent.
Brainvire already serves as a provider for Bay Alarm. Our team of specialists has worked on migrating Salesforce to Odoo ERP. And now, they need further enhancements to ensure the process is efficient.

Bay Alarm already had an eCommerce website powered by Magento commerce, but it was required to be more responsive with minimum loading time. As a result, we advised them to migrate their Magento commerce website to the Odoo commerce platform. This update would also fix their problem with syncing in real-time. And, since the platform's front and back ends are linked, processing would go smoothly without needing APIs.
In the first phase, we implemented Odoo 13. During platform migration, we upgraded the Odoo platform to version 16 for more capability and smoother functioning.
