Brainvire, a global leader in digital commerce and enterprise integration, has announced the successful initiation of a strategic partnership with Unicorn Tire Corporation, a prominent U.S.-based distributor of high-quality passenger, performance, and commercial tires.

This collaboration aims to rebuild and launch a cutting-edge B2C e-commerce platform on Magento Community Edition (now Adobe Commerce Open Source), designed to deliver a fast, seamless, and highly accurate online tire-buying experience across North America.

Unicorn Tire Corporation, established in 2007 and headquartered in the United States, faced scalability challenges with its partially developed, internally built digital presence. Recognizing the need for a robust, high-performing platform to support their vast inventory and multi-channel sales (including major marketplaces like eBay, Walmart, and Amazon), the company sought an experienced e-commerce partner. Unicorn Tire ultimately engaged with Brainvire, thanks to the firm's proven success in complex OMS integrations and specialized automotive B2C solutions.

The core of the new platform is a focus on precision and customer convenience. Brainvire is providing end-to-end e-commerce consulting and Magento development to create a single-stop destination for tire purchases. A standout feature is the integration of the RideStyler API to enable Year-Make-Model (YMM)-based tire compatibility and advanced fitment search. This crucial functionality ensures customers can effortlessly find the exact tires for their specific vehicle, significantly enhancing confidence and reducing return rates—a major pain point in the auto parts sector.

Crucially, the solution includes deep API integration services connecting the new Magento storefront with Unicorn Tire's existing SellerCloud Order Management System (OMS). SellerCloud, which is already linked to the client’s SAP ERP system, will now synchronize critical data touchpoints, including inventory levels across multiple warehouses, order processing, and shipment tracking. This robust order management integration is essential for ensuring accurate stock visibility and optimized fulfillment, especially given the dynamic nature of multi-warehouse and supplier-managed inventories.

Further enhancing the customer journey, the new website will feature an innovative installer network functionality. During checkout, customers can select a preferred installer location, allowing Unicorn Tire and its participating suppliers to ship products directly to the chosen installation site. This flexibility streamlines logistics and offers consumers a truly comprehensive, end-to-end service experience.

To cater to North America's diverse market, the platform is being built with multi-language support, including English, Spanish, and French, ensuring wider reach and improved accessibility. Additionally, a "Shop by Brand" function makes it easy to navigate Unicorn Tire's extensive portfolio, which includes popular brands such as Mastertrack, Travelstar, and Sunfull.

Brainvire’s collaborative approach included an integration with SellerCloud OMS. To accelerate the go-live timeline, the team decided to implement a new website from scratch, ensuring a clean, scalable architecture and prioritizing essential features for the initial launch, with further enhancements planned for subsequent phases.
