Project Highlights

We integrated a comprehensive CRM solution with the client's existing website to automate their entire business process, from generating quotes to placing orders. By integrating 4 Magento websites with Odoo ERP and CRM system, we provided an omnichannel solution to manage daily operations such as orders, shipments, procurement, and accounting. In addition, we designed the CRM solution to improve customer relationships by streamlining transactions, capturing customer preferences, and addressing specific customer expectations. Overall, this implementation aimed to enhance the customer experience while reducing the reliance on manual intervention.
