About Client
Our UAE-based client owns a location-based maintenance management company that provides household appliances, air conditioning repair, installation, cleaning, and other HVAC services. They approached Brainvire to develop an application for their end-users, including a service module built primarily for service technicians to manage appointment details and scheduling locations. They subsequently wanted to create a multi-vendor e-commerce marketplace platform and web-based interface for product selling.

The client has a significant number of service technicians working in various locations with extensive expertise in servicing and maintaining multiple household appliances and providing air conditioning services such as installation, repair, and cleaning. They had no administrative panel to handle the entire system, and appointments were made over the phone. They had no capability for end-users to simply connect with the proper technician at the correct location.
