Formerly known as Argo Group, Arnulfo Gonzalez, the second-generation owner, acquired and renamed the company “Argo Texas Group” in 2014. Under his presence and with the company’s vision, their business has grown in and around Houston. Argo Texas provides affordable insurance for cars, houses, motorcycles, commercial purposes, and Mexico insurance. They also specialize in tax preparation & tax audits. Argo Texas wanted to add new features to their mobile application with web-based backend & API Changes to enhance their customer experiences. That’s when they contacted Brainvire to upgrade their application. Argo Texas was an existing client who was satisfied with Brainvire’s services with their website. This led them to entrust Brainvire with the application development as well. They contacted the team with the following requirements: 1) Guest Login functionality, 2) Streamlining the current signup process, 3) Chatbot implementation for a faster Quote Generation Process, 4) Personalized product recommendations for cross-selling or upselling, and 5) some backend and API updates.

Once the team analyzed the existing functionalities and resolved the issues, they proceeded to develop new features.
After the new developments resonated with the client’s requirements, a staging server was set up to test the application before it was made live. The team maintained an updated code repository to ensure a smooth mobile application handover.
