In the United States, a company located in Massachusetts owns the Shift2go chain of hotels. In the mechanical engineering field, the owners are experts who have made a significant contribution. Brainvire was contacted to handle the technical side of things and put their idea into reality.

A manager-contractor platform was needed by this well-known hotel chain so that they could quickly and easily outsource tasks to a contractor whenever they needed them.
When a manager posts a job requirement on the platform, they will select a contractor from the pool of candidates who have applied.
Contractors need to post their certificates of previous work, reviews and ratings for hotel managers to understand their credibility and the amount they received from that job. On this basis, they will be signed for the contract.
There will be a QR code that the contactor must scan before beginning his shift if the management has selected him. This QR code will keep track of when he begins and ends his workday. For their last check, they'll need to have that information handy.
Managers and contractors are the primary users of this platform. Backend programming languages like PHP and Laraval, as well as front-end languages like HTML/CSS and CSS, would be used to create web applications for the manager, as well as Kotlin and Swift for mobile applications that could be used by contractors.
This platform will have a few unique features Place Requests to work for a Shift, Certifications upload, Review Ratings, QR code scan, Check Billing Cycle.
This project is in the development phase but soon it will be up and running.
