Brainvire moved it off Sedona onto Odoo ERP, building a site management module, offline inspection integration, custom inspection contracts separate from RMR, and a device-based quoting matrix, with dual-currency financial reporting across more than 30 applications.

It safeguards people and assets, offering video surveillance for high-risk sites like construction and car dealerships and monitoring fire and intrusion alarms across the region.
Moving from Sedona to Odoo ERP was pivotal, addressing a fragmented system, data export limits, and poor flexibility. Brainvire's Odoo specialists worked closely with the RMR, fire inspection, and manufacturing sectors, delivered robust dual-currency financial reporting and consolidated statements, and set a goal of seamless integration across more than 30 applications.

Inspection contracts had to stand apart from RMR without deferred revenue billing, so a custom inspection contract form ties into the project module for cohesive workflow.

Fire inspection quotes vary by installed devices, so a matrix in the sales order line takes device quantities and calculates total count and inspection duration automatically.

Unifying customer site management
The firm needed a unified system for managing customer sites across multiple locations. The Odoo experts devised a change project module interface tailored for site management, designating projects as individual sites and integrating custom fields to streamline security across locations.
