MBT Global is the foremost active lifestyle and fashion brand purveyor in the Asia Pacific. Headquartered in Singapore, they are known as Trendz 360 Pte. They are a global lifestyle with their operations spread in over 8 countries like Malaysia, the Philippines, China, Thailand, Indonesia, Spain, and the United States. They were looking for a backend retail ERP software to accomplish all their operations smoothly. Brainvire suggested an omnichannel ERP solution with Odoo where all the sales, purchase, inventory, manufacturing, and accounting activities could be fulfilled through one system.
Our expert development team offered an Odoo ERP system in the latest Odoo Enterprise Version 14. The main purpose of this project was to replace Microsoft Dynamics NAV and migrate the client data to Odoo ERP.
To help the client manage their global business, it was important to build a multi-country architecture in the system. We managed to handle the multi-country architecture along with intercompany transactions, orders, and fulfillment.
Our team built multiple store configurations for consignment stores spread across multiple places all over Singapore via Odoo POS. Earlier, the store managers did not have a system to add to their customer’s sales orders. Through the POS, this was done via a single device and user switching functionality. This reduced the cost of purchasing multiple multiple user license for all Odoo users.
The client also wanted to integrate marketplaces to the Odoo ERP to manage their online business as well. Brainvire integrated various platforms like Shopee, Lazada, Amazon with Odoo. With these integrations, all the orders placed at marketplace websites will be synced back to Odoo and all the inventory updates can be managed via Odoo.
Our team has implemented a special functionality where the products available on the store will be visible on Google Product feeds.

Since MBT’s business is spread across geographies, they were looking for 3PL integrations to ease their logistics process. We handled the 3PL service by providing an FTP-based file transfer platform through automation. A scheduler based cron job action tackles the fetching and importing of files. This resulted in a significant decrease in human effort and errors. This functionality will manage all incoming and outgoing shipments ensuring every single item in the warehouse is tracked.
The Odoo platform enables the client to reduce the costs of managing multiple systems for different locations. The web platform was fitted with functionality that took care of all the language and translation needs, and managed operations according to the different time zones.
