The client is a renowned North American maker of high-quality, lightweight firefighter tools and accessories, including the popular Snagger multi-tool that makes fire hose use simpler and safer. The client ran Odoo version 14, so Brainvire migrated the ERP to Odoo version 16 for the latest features, integrated the Shopify website through APIs and webhooks without data loss, and automated Amazon payment registration, payouts, and reconciliation.

The client is a renowned North American business known for cutting-edge engineering of high-quality, lightweight firefighter tools and accessories that make every firefighter's job easier. Its most popular tool, the Snagger multi-tool, allows simpler and safer use of the fire hose.
The client was using Odoo version 14 as its ERP when Brainvire's team strongly suggested migrating to Odoo version 16 to benefit from the latest features and updates. The team also integrated the client's Shopify website with the new Odoo version 16 system without any data loss.

Code migration from 14 to 16
Code had to migrate from Odoo version 14 to version 16. Proper migration scripts moved the database across cleanly, and no data was lost in the transfer.
Smooth Odoo and Shopify sync
Smooth Odoo and Shopify integration was necessary to hold performance. Integrating Odoo 16 with the Shopify website through APIs and webhooks worked best and did not impact performance.
Amazon shipment reconciliation
Reconciling Amazon shipments to match stock purchase orders was difficult. Automated payment registration and payouts after the Odoo 16 migration reduced manual steps for the client.
