We crafted a multi-service on-demand application to suffice several basic home services for customers as per the insistence of the client.
To begin with, Brainvire built this unique application from scratch. When we learned about the client’s request, a team of our developers reached out to the client. We dug deeper as to what are the primary services of the client and how they wanted to reach out to customers.
Once we understood their business vision, our team brainstormed about different ways through which the client can make the customer’s life more convenient. Our team figured out that there is nothing more effective than a mobile application to reach out to the customers.
Our team then short-listed different technologies that can be used to develop the application. After a thorough examination, our team finalized the use of Swift technology for iOS and Kotlin for Android mobile applications. Simultaneously, we introduced a finite set of home services as per the client’s requirements such as painting, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical assistance.
We also integrated the application with a reliable online platform so that customers can make swift online transactions. With this integration, they didn’t have to dodge across multiple payment applications for secure payment.
Customers can enter basic details and log in to the application. They can add multiple home services at the same time for which they need assistance. Once a service request is added, the relevant service providers in the customer's vicinity will get a request and the one accepting the request first will be assigned the task. The exact address for the task needs to be added at the time of adding the request. So once a provider is assigned, they would directly be at the required location. The customers can also chat with the provider while the providers are on the way.
The application is designed such that the comprehensive list offers service providers in your vicinity. This way, the service provider can reach the customer’s destination and complete the assigned task quickly.

With these features, there is a steady workflow and service providers are constantly updated about their next task. We also implemented an RTL module for multilingual capabilities so that customers can use the application from the options given by the platform.
Our Brainers have created APIs to ease cross-platform management. For instance, if a service provider is using a web application and a customer has requested their services through the mobile application, the API ensures that the service provider is updated on the web application about this request.
