Simultaneously, we have introduced a picker app, POS integration, dispatcher dashboard, and many other functionalities. This dynamic digital solution also generated quick invoices for smooth payments.
The picker app enables timely pick-ups while the dispatcher dashboard updates the client about all the orders that are ready for delivery. The seamless integration with LS-NAV ERP makes it convenient for the client to update customers for quick pick-up from the store.
The POS integration provided real-time details of products flowing in and out of the supermarket to the client.
Besides, the app allows customers to select the nearby store location and time-slot as per their feasibility. Our team planned to carry out last-minute tests to ensure that customers take advantage of all these functionalities in the app.
