Our expert personally visited the client’s location in the UAE to run last-minute tests and enable a successful launch of the web & mobile app for the supermarket giant.

Our team has spent quality time designing a functional mobile for the leading supermarket in the Middle East. We have brainstormed about the real-time and advanced features that can be included in the app. Our professionals ensured to develop a bug-free app so that the client doesn’t have to experience any flaws in the future.

Our expert team has visited client locations multiple times, but this time we have covered UAT (User Acceptance Testing), Integration implementation, Training, and Going live process. It was well accepted by the client team because it has impacted multiple division and smoother transition to Digital journey.

Our eCommerce website development services and mobile solution and integrated it with Loginext and the LS-NAV ERP solution. Simultaneously, we have introduced a picker app, POS integration, dispatcher dashboard, and many other functionalities. This dynamic digital solution also generated quick invoices for smooth payments.

The picker app enables timely pick-ups while the dispatcher dashboard updates the client about all the orders that are ready for delivery. The seamless integration with LS-NAV ERP makes it convenient for the client to update customers for quick pick-up from the store.

The POS integration provided real-time details of products flowing in and out of the supermarket to the client.

Besides, the app allows customers to select the nearby store location and time-slot as per their feasibility. Our team planned to carry out last-minute tests to ensure that customers take advantage of all these functionalities in the app.
