The client is a major player in the US market. They wanted to provide their customers with a hassle-free party experience at restaurants. Hence, they contacted Brainvire to hire mobile app developers and have them build a mobile app and a website.
About Product
Brainers developed mobile apps and websites for the client to ensure their customers enjoy a seamless experience. Our Brainers built a quick and functional mobile app that allowed customers to search for restaurants, book them, and schedule a party. Simultaneously, Brainers developed a customized website and mobile app for restaurant owners. The website encouraged effective management, while the app allowed party confirmations and QR code scanning on arrival for a successful party. The Admin has a specific website through which they can monitor activities.
Introduced Dual Payment Methods:
The client wanted to offer comfortable payment methods to its customers.
Brainers have introduced dual payment alternatives in the app. Customers can either make an online or offline payment. Once they make an online payment, they can upload the bill to the app. This way, the restaurant owner will know the payment has been made. The second option is where customers can make offline payments at the restaurant, and the owner will update it in the system.
