Enhanced Features
Features
Buy Again Section for Quick Repurchase of Past Purchases
We implemented a “Buy Again” section for logged-in customers, which displayed previously purchased items on both the homepage, in a slider, and on their account page. This feature allowed customers to find and repurchase their favorite items easily. By providing easy access to past purchases, we aimed to streamline the shopping experience and increase the likelihood of repeat sales. This addition not only made the process more convenient for users but also encouraged customer loyalty and engagement, resulting in a more personalized and efficient shopping experience.
Advanced Search with Personalized Results and Previous Purchases
We enhanced the search functionality on the website by displaying previously purchased items in the search results dropdown for logged-in customers. This feature showed past purchases whenever the customer focused on the search bar, making it easier to find previously bought products. Additionally, if the customer typed a product name they had previously purchased, it would appear along with the last purchase date. This personalization feature helped customers quickly navigate their purchase history, improving the overall shopping experience and ensuring that products were easily accessible for repurchase.
Recently Viewed Section for Convenient Access to Browsed Products
We introduced a “Recently Viewed” section that allowed customers to revisit products they had previously browsed on the website. This feature appeared as a slider on the homepage, showcasing the items the customer had recently interacted with. By offering this functionality, we aimed to enhance the user experience by enabling quick access to previously viewed products, which could lead to additional purchases. This feature increased engagement, as customers were reminded of products they were interested in, which streamlined their decision-making process and made it easier for them to continue shopping.
Last Purchase Info Displayed on Product Detail Pages
We integrated a feature on the Product Detail Page (PDP) that displayed personalized information about a customer’s last purchase. If a customer had previously purchased the product, they would see a message such as “You have purchased this product two times. Last purchased on [date].” This feature added an extra layer of personalization, reminding customers of their purchase history and encouraging them to repurchase items they were satisfied with. It not only improved customer satisfaction but also helped to foster trust and promote customer retention, making the shopping experience more relevant.
Company-Specific Login Page for B2B Customers with Branding
We developed a company-specific login page for B2B customers, featuring their company logo, which created a more tailored and professional environment. This customization made the login process feel more personal and aligned with the B2B client’s branding. Additionally, the company logo was displayed on product images for logged-in B2B customers, enhancing the personalized shopping experience. This approach strengthened the client’s brand identity for their business customers, making the platform feel more exclusive and improving both usability and customer satisfaction within the B2B segment.
