Brainvire developed an ERP system to help streamline its elite client’s accounting workflow. The client is a leading privately-owned Real Estate group. So far, the client company has developed over 23,750 rental units, 72,000 condo suites, along with 23.8 million square feet of residential and commercial rental space. The company also focuses on diverse platforms like sales, construction, development, property management, and other real estate services.

This open-source BI tool allows data warehousing and reporting. The facility management attribute builds connectivity among vendors, tenants, and owners. The system allows a smooth procedure of taxation accounting adhering to real estate norms.
