About Project

A reputed fashion retail chain in the Middle East with footprints across 270 locations, recently partnered with Brandon Maxwell, a luxury designer based in New York. However, they soon started facing challenges when their system integration collapsed leading to an increase in the manual work. They needed a solution to get their systems up and running again and automate the manual processes. They wanted to connect all e-commerce websites to the D365 ERP system, a layered secured network & real-time data syncing with scalable solutions.

Brief

The Brainvire team analyzed their systems and identified the challenges to ensure a long-term and overall solution. The team proposed integrating their e-commerce websites and APIs with the Middleware system to automate the processes and ensure smooth working. They implemented Order Orchestration that will assign orders to the warehouses & ensure timely pick-ups by the carrier company, Carriyo, for uninterrupted order fulfillment and image processing to smoothen the process of uploading their-party product images on their e-commerce platforms.
