About Project

Chevrolet Alghanim has built a well-respected legacy in Kuwait by providing vehicles with excellent service, world-class facilities, and a customer journey that extends far beyond the point of purchase. They wanted to implement a system that would facilitate communication between the internal DMS and mobile app cloud storage. They were looking for an integrated module that could assist them in achieving this goal.

What we did

Brainvire developers created a mobile app for sales and after-sales support that is integrated with CDK DMS. Along with the mobile app, we also introduced a Customer Engagement module. The communication between the internal DMS and mobile app cloud storage is now smoother than ever thanks to a middle layer system. Real-time data retrieval and writebacks to the DMS are now faster, as is communication security.
