We developed a robust, integrated solution to optimize the client's business operations. Initially, certain operations were handled using Salesforce, but our team has devised a plan to enhance efficiency by replacing Salesforce with the Odoo system. In particular, we are implementing Odoo version 16, an open-source Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. This implementation will enable the client to effectively manage various aspects of their business, including product management, pricing, inventory, mobile applications for warehouse operations, accounting, and seamless integration with their eCommerce platform.
