By combining a secure corporate e-wallet program implementation with a sophisticated tiered loyalty system, Puma Energy is setting a new industry standard for convenience and energy access across the continent.
The collaboration was born from Puma Energy’s vision to modernize its vast retail network of nearly 2,000 sites. They sought a technology partner capable of delivering more than just an app; they required a full-stack digital transformation. Brainvire was selected for its proven excellence in FlutterFlow web portal development and extensive Odoo ERP customization for LPG distribution.
The resulting solution, Puma GO, offers a seamless cross-platform experience for Android and iOS users, allowing them to manage digital wallets, perform real-time top-ups via mobile money or bank transfers, and execute secure QR code-based fuel payments with PIN verification.
Technically, the project is a masterclass in ERP optimization and digitization. The system utilizes FlutterFlow for the agile, high-performance mobile interface, while the robust backend logic is managed through business process mapping with Odoo v18. To ensure real-time data synchronization between the mobile front-end and the Odoo backend, Brainvire implemented advanced middleware integration services using Node.js. This architecture allows for a custom loyalty rules engine where customers can progress through Blue, Gold, and Black tiers, earning points that are redeemable not only for fuel but also for vouchers at global partner brands like KFC and Dominos.
The uniqueness of this deployment lies in its regional adaptation and secure infrastructure. The PRIS mobile app adaptation includes an attendant interface using Odoo POS, enabling service station staff to scan QR codes and manage transactions instantly.
Behind the scenes, the project management for ERP implementation involved deploying ERP solutions on production servers with rigorous QA and testing to handle high transaction volumes. This technical synergy ensures that Puma Energy can offer personalized experiences and real-time rewards, even in emerging markets where digital wallet adoption is rapidly accelerating.
