We are in the process of creating a one-of-its-kind ceramic eCommerce platform for RAK ceramics that is based in the Middle East.
The owner of this reputed brand and Brainvire together stemmed this unique idea. When the brand contacted us, they mentioned that currently, they concentrated on offline business, and hence together, we took the initiative to switch to an online process and adopt digitalization.
They already had product catalogs designed and uploaded on their multiple websites. We suggested the use of Magento for the eCommerce platform. A platform that lists products differently as per categories and raw materials.

We also aim to include a room planning feature that defines the room and surface area. For this purpose, we plan to use a separate room calculator and surface calculator module that can facilitate accurate tile types for the surface. It may also recommend an estimated number of tiles required for the surface.
Our developers plan to include a customized category-wise wishlist where products from different categories are added separately. We also want to include a tool for virtual representation where customers can check how the tile they have selected will appear on their surface. Customers can use the surface calculator for this purpose or simply upload an image of their desired room.
Apart from these, the brand also wishes to offer a 7-day voucher to their customers. Through this voucher, customers can place an order for a trial, and once they are happy with the actual product, they make the payment.
Besides, customers can make online payments, offline payments directly to the brand, or visit the showroom and make the payment.
