This web-based application will guide the property investors to search investment property in seconds that match their strategy, analyze the financial viability of any opportunity and track the performance of their investment portfolio.
The system has basically two categories: Investment & Search
The Real Estate Investment will involve acquisition, financial investments, holding and selling of rights in real property, online transactions including signing of the legal documents or transferring funds, investor’s dashboard to view all investments etc. to simply invest in the right property that matches the investment strategy of the investor.
The Real Estate Search will pinpoint, find and analyze the real estate opportunities for buying, selling, renting, leasing of an home, apartments etc. depending on the search criteria of different people looking out for properties online.

The website was mainly characterized by rich data and featured extensive capabilities for users to perform search for property which entailed PHP and MySQL Server. The development structure was specifically implemented to facilitate the ‘faster to market’ transition of such concepts. Effective access to the database in an object oriented context was implemented using an interface translating the object logic to relational logic so as to communicate with the relational databases in an object- oriented manner.
The access to the database was enabled through the creation of an intermediary abstraction layer. Only the complex retrieval of data from multiple tables was facilitated through stored procedures and everywhere else conditional syntax was implemented to ensure seamless performance of the website. Images, applications and data were called from their respective servers keeping the UI layer free of any business logic.
Designed and implemented a highly secure system for end users to search about the properties, perform unlimited property valuation estimates, learn about the investing strategies etc. The detailed requirement gathering was done that helped setting up a well-designed system with all the modules integrated into it along with the control over user access. The entire framework was kept highly scalable in order to provide adaptability & ease. Extensive pre-development research was carried out to create a robust system in minimum time through the judicious use of CSS, AJAX and HTML controls. Web usability guidelines were strictly adhered during the development phase and the site was developed and fully functional within a span of 6 months.
