During the pandemic, customers failed to visit financial institutions to carry out loan procedures and related activities. Irrespective of partial or complete lockdown, IIFL customers could easily gain updated information on their loans and loan-related activities through our app.

Our developers implanted biometric authentication. This feature allowed customers to gain access to the app with fingerprint, face identification, and mPIN. The team also implemented CIBIL score identification feature with third party integration. This integration helped verify a customer and then provided them the CIBIL score.
