About Client
The client is a prominent publishing house and has multiple websites for their different magazines. They run a family-publishing business and aim to share interesting and entertaining stories. The client prefers to offer place-centric and niche quality content to their customers. They also aim to create a family-friendly workplace that allows personal as well as professional excellence.
About Product
Brainvire specialists developed a multi-website Magento platform to amalgamate different websites of the client and enhance user experience of their readers. Our team brushed off several unpredictable challenges that cropped during the transition. We also developed an appealing and similar layout for different article pages to ensure that there is uniformity among them. We also added striking features along with a guest checkout process.
Structured and modified pages:
The previous website had a cluttered look and feel.
The Brainvire team provided undivided attention to design and organize pages on the website. We created an ideal module in Magento, included a custom option, and designed article pages. For product pages, the team included a custom module with order type and a comment box.
Solution
The Challenges
Result
- Single credentialCustomers can now use a single set of credentials and gain access to the multiple client websites.
- Uniform platformEarlier, the client had multiple websites. This platform offered a single medium to the client to reach their customers conveniently.
- Data migrationThe previous website failed to help the client organize data. This new Magento website successfully synced customer data in the system and set up all the details.
- Multi-shipping checkoutThe client provided complimentary gifts and it was tedious to manage this with a standard single-click checkout process. Instead, they introduced a multi-step tailored process suitable for guest checkout. The team also introduced Stripe payment that supports multiple addresses for checkout.
