A multi-tiered interface is being developed for this Project's various stakeholders to work together to meet the client's needs.

Finally, we want to ensure that the processing system we give you is functional, teaches you something, and is set up differently from other systems. In a nutshell, our goal is not to undercut existing businesses in the sector but to change how they deal with this problem, making their competitors irrelevant.
This intuitive system will work as an end-to-end solution for the 1031 exchange process, which we will be integrating with CRM, including lead management, new order intake workflow, client and employee-facing dashboards, email connectivity, timeline tracking with reminders, client source management, reports, multiple related exchange transactions/file linking, statements of account, widgets, and mobile access.
