The Mumbai-based client creates an ecosystem for chemicals and pharmaceuticals and a digital B2B marketplace, where buyers can get the best deals on chemicals and pharmaceuticals worldwide. In addition, they wish to have a portal that can connect the buyers with Overseas suppliers and Indian CHA Agents. With this enhanced connectivity, the client can expand their reach exponentially and ensure the smooth functioning of the buying and selling process worldwide.
About Product
This B2B Marketplace is a platform to connect buyers, suppliers, and CHA Agents seamlessly. The buyers will be able to send quote requests to multiple suppliers and efficiently make a decision. The suppliers are equipped with the facility to respond to their buyers’ quote requests and communicate with them via custom chat as soon as they accept their stated quote. All the updates are available in real-time, so no need to refresh or reload pages. Buyers also have the privilege to hire CHA agents, which will ensure order delivery to their doorstep. The payment to the CHAs can be made online and offline, as per the circumstances.
