Additionally, various advanced features have been added to improve the overall user experience. For instance, it was rather pricey to include third-party technologies for audio and video chats. To address this issue, our developers built a self-hosted solution on top of the open-source web conferencing application JITSI server, which facilitates real-time video collaboration between teams in enterprises of all sizes.
The customer could forgo monthly membership fees because of this self-hosted solution.
Unstable performance is one problem we've seen throughout the upgrade. We took care of this by implementing an auto-scaling architecture that ensures the app can manage any level of traffic. As a result, the system's performance and stability improved.
Now that we've added the ability to record and share short videos with various in-app filters, soundtracks, and other customization options, users can more easily find relevant content, share it with their networks, and grow their brands.
