Our developers offered a comprehensive digital transformation platform that can streamline supply chain management. We collaborated with reliable messaging platforms so that all parties can enable smooth communication, increase operational efficiency and productivity and provide a consumer-styled e-commerce platform experience. We introduced advanced features such as automatic lead assignment, rebates, incentives based on loyalty points and its redemptions, separate vendor portals, shipping integration, renewal of subscription-based on products, managed fixed cost, and timesheet based services for product installations and demos. It helped the channel partners to scale up their operations and enable them to offer better deals to their customers.
User-specific access:
The client wanted to offer system access based on the user and reseller roles.
Our developers used the Odoo feature which provided users and resellers their specific access based on their roles. We build logic in the Odoo backend to showcase reseller-specific data on the reseller portal as per the agreement with the client. The marketplace also showcases product availability in different countries along with the relevant currency and user country status.
